As a teenager I struggled with my self-confidence, food, and exercise. I was fixated on impressing others, being as thin as possible and fitting into the smallest clothing sizes. The notion of a “thigh gap” was the ‘in’ trend, and I longed for my naturally fuller legs to be slimmer.
As a teenager, I despised my natural curves!
I eventually motivated myself to start focusing on self-care in the gym. It was this attitude that shaped my relaxed approach to fitness today.
I believe in fostering a positive self-image, encouraging people to embrace themselves, move a little more, and practice self-love.
As women, we often subject ourselves to harsh scrutiny, bombarded by societal and social media standards of beauty. But I believe fitness shouldn’t feel like a punishment. Simply moving more than yesterday is a victory in itself.

Over time, I transformed my relationship with food, exercise, and most importantly, myself! Now, I am on a mission to share this transformation with as many women as possible! I aim to empower them to break free from society’s narrow ideals of perfectionism and embrace their uniqueness.
My goal is simple: to support one woman at a time in becoming the best version of herself. After all, our bodies are our homes. They deserve our love and respect.
