ABOUT ALICE

I am a devoted Personal Trainer, committed to empowering women in their journey towards health and wellness.

My vision was to establish a welcoming safe, non-judgemental space where women could come together to exercise, feel comfortable, and thrive in a supportive environment. That is why I have created a range of Women’s Only fitness classes to foster confidence amongst women rather than intimidation.

SWEAT IN STEP

Step Aerobics, a classic cardio workout that focuses on engaging your legs, upper body, and core muscles, fostering both flexibility and strength.

BODY BURNER CIRCUIT

A full-body intense workout using a mix of weight training and cardio exercises, combining cardiovascular fitness with muscular strength and endurance.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Sculpt and tone your lower body while tightening your core with targeted exercises designed to enhance strength, shape, and definition in key areas.

RIDE IN THE DARK

An immersive indoor cycling experience set in low light and motivating music. Push your fitness and burn calories through rhythm-based rides.

PILATES

Enhance mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve strength with our Pilates classes. Focus on controlled movements and breathwork to boost flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.
